Few thoughts on the Pet issues Rabies ,If it was truly about rabies then why not let owners give their own vacs? Why is the Rabies vac tied in to lic ? Why not just give a certificate ?Why do tax dollars have to pay for shelters and Humane society's when HSUS and PETA get donations from/for them?Why dont HSUS, PETA give money to these groups ? Why are there State limit laws? If Someone can give 15 animals a good home and care why would they pass laws to prohibit that ?If tax dollars are going to be used then why not offer free spay/neuter ?
