Cesar Millan Americas Dog Whisperer did a show on fox news this morning.He did a good job of describing what a Puppy Mill is.
Puppy Mills are horrible in any dog lover mind.
A few points about the crusade the Animal Rights activist are on goes beyond Puppy Mills.
For those who only see or know the surface truth please let me explain.

First look at the Biden Breeder.......kibbles and hair $4000 dollars later after being stocked.
To the Animal Rights Activist there is NO GOOD BREEDER.No matter what they try and pull over the public eyes the truth is there.Period.



Now to a point that Cesar Made on fox about caring breeders.Yes many many Breeder care and raise their pups the right way with love! They screen buyers and contract to take pups back if they dint work out.

As Cezar said puppy mills dump their unusable breeding stock...
OK now lets look at a few points about the Animal Rights Activist ( HSUS) Laws that are being pushed all over the US.

Lets say a breeder has a female that for some reason can not produce any longer.Because of the pet limit laws/hoarder laws the breeder may be forced to kill or adopt out just as the puppy mills do.

Is this right ?
Some older dogs would not fair well to be spayed at a late age after breeding.This was told to me by a Lic Vet !

Now lets look at the kennel construction rules they are pushing.
In some states they say if you have more than 2 intact females you are a Commercial Breeder.
OK so then you have to build 2 kennels and the dogs are not allowed in your home.
Moms and Babies in one building and other in a separate one.
Pups can not interact with any other dogs except Mom or Surrogate mom and litter mates.

I am sorry but I see this as promoting factory raised puppies,the very thing they scream about !

We have laws to protect against abuse and neglect .The conditions in Puppy Mills would fall under these.Enforce them.
They wont,why?

Because they have convinced many that ANY BREEDER IS BAD !
THen they brainwash people into believing that anyone who stands against these bills support Puppy Mills. Simply NOT TRUE. Many do not want to see more dogs killed or see dogs ripped from owners over badly written laws.
